Snow Covered Alder Forest

This was taken near Boulder River Wilderness in Washington state. The images of the fresh snowfall were some of my best ever. Only problem is my vehicle got stuck in the snow when I was trying to leave. I was alone and there was no one around to help. I did eventually make it out to the main road after much sweat and creative use of the materials on hand. Taken with Nikon FM2 camera and Kodak Kodachrome 25 film. (January 1985)
