Meadow Lake B/W

from $20.00

This image is important to me for several reasons; this was my first experience camping in a remote wilderness area and also because it was such a stunning location. I arrived with just enough time to setup camp and make something to eat, the next morning was glorious. I scrambled to find the best viewpoints and carried my 4×5 and exposed a few sheets. This was by far the best of the large format that I took that day. After scanning the image I accidentally converted to sepia tone, but I liked it better than the original color transparency. Taken on Kodak Ektachrome 64 film using a 180mm Schneider Symmar - S lens. July 1981
